For more than ten years we've been "mapping the gaps" for individuals and groups within all kinds of industries. Over that time we have learnt that the gap between having the knowledge and doing something with it is sometimes quite different.
Our training solutions, both customised Training Workshops and Coaching Programmes, all have a one-on-one component to them. We believe that implementing the ideas you have learned is the hardest part of any training solution. Our one-on-one coaching component, whether, virtual, remote or in person, helps you identify what it will take for you to turn your ideas from the training (intentions) into effective habits (actions).
