Our Break-Even Coaching programme is designed to drastically reduce the time it takes you to get to grips with a new role - to reach break-even point.

The programme consists of three one-on-one coaching sessions held over a period of three months, or 90 days.
The first session will take place prior to the first day on the job. In this session we will take you through the foundation steps of our 90 day programme. We will provide the tools, checklists and action plans that will enable you to hit the ground running with a specific plan.

At our third, and final session, we leverage off the success of your first 90 days to determine a plan moving forward.

The cost is based on an hourly rate of $150 for face-to-face sessions. There is a minimum charge of $450 for this programme. All prices are exclusive of GST.
