In my training at CoachU I was introduced to a concept entitled Team 100.  It reminded me of an old prospecting and networking idea I was given as a youngster in the insurance industry. Basically if I could put a name to all the occupations in the list I would always have someone to sell to. This has a much more attractive twist though.  The idea is if I can put a name of a trusted friend or colleague alongside each and every one of 100 occupations then I would be a great resource for my clients. You kill two birds with one stone with this idea - I have to work hard to maintain a good relationship with my Team 100 and I can offer others a trusted specialist in any industry.
