Who Needs It?
Individuals and teams that want to be proactive rather than reactive.
How Long Does it Take?
The programme begins with a half day workshop - short enough to keep it interesting and long enough to cover the bare essentials! On the same day the facilitator/coach will meet 1:1 to assess the participant's individual needs and set action plans for the following 2 weeks. At both the 2 week and 6 week mark there are 1:1's with the facilitator/coach to review what has and hasn't worked and to set plans for each of the participants going forward.
Where there is a team or department dealing with similar issues we often include a short group workshop on Day 3 to champion some team behaviours that will help the group work together more effectively
How Much Does It Cost?
The standard price per participant is $650 based on a group of 7. There can be great flexibility in the group size - the larger the group the more cost effective. All prices are exclusive of GST.
